In brief
People living in Europe need certificates from the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) for pensions, retiree residence permits and working abroad for a Russian employer. We obtain a certificate of the pension awarded and payments made, and a certificate of departure (confirming that Russian social security law applies), without you travelling. If a foreign authority needs the certificate, we apostille a notarised copy and translate it. Price: €125 per certificate.
Which SFR certificates we obtain
- Certificate of the pension awarded and payments made — for receiving a pension abroad, retiree residence permits and banks.
- Certificate of departure (confirming that Russian social security law applies) — for employees sent abroad by a Russian employer.

Frequently asked questions
Will a pension certificate from Gosuslugi do?
Foreign authorities often do not accept a printout of an electronic certificate. We obtain a paper certificate from the SFR; if an apostille is needed, it is placed on a notarised copy.
What is a certificate of departure for?
It confirms that Russian social security law applies to an employee sent abroad by a Russian employer. For example, it is used for the remote worker visa and residence permit in Spain. Check the requirements for the document with the authority you are submitting it to.
How long does it take?
At least a month: the timescale depends on the SFR. The apostille and translation add more time — we will tell you the total timescale before you pay.
