Terms of service

Updated Author: Apostille Bureau

1. Who provides the services

The services are provided by LegalizePro Worldwide Limited (trading name Apostille Bureau), Business Registration 81363641, address: Units A-C, 25/F, Seabright Plaza, 9-23 Shell Street, North Point, Hong Kong. Contact: info@apostillebureau.com, WhatsApp and Telegram +30 698 230 7332.

These terms apply to orders from clients living in European countries — in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other countries — both private individuals and professionals. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live.

2. What services we provide

We arrange for documents to be obtained in Russia and other former USSR countries, for apostilles and consular legalisation, for documents to be translated (including sworn or certified translations signed by a translator entitled to do so in your country) and for documents to be sent.

We are not a government authority, a law firm or a notary. Apostilles, certificates and legalisation are issued by the competent authorities: they set their own timescales and requirements and may refuse to issue them.

3. How the contract is concluded

  1. You describe what you need on WhatsApp, Telegram, by email or through the form on the website.
  2. We send you a written offer: the service, the full price, what we need from you and an estimated timescale.
  3. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer in writing (a message or an email is enough) and pay the invoice. We confirm the conclusion of the contract in writing and send you these terms.

The contract is concluded in Russian, English, Spanish, French or Italian, as you choose.

4. Price and payment

  • Prices on the website are in euros and include the Russian state fee for the apostille unless stated otherwise. Courier delivery is charged separately at the courier’s rate and is stated in the offer.
  • You pay the full price stated in the offer. Only the fees charged by your bank or payment service for the transfer are paid separately.
  • Payment is by bank transfer in euros, through Paysend or by PayPal, in the manner and within the time stated in the invoice.
  • If, during the process, an authority requires something that was not in the offer (a new fee, an additional document), we will tell you and will not continue without your consent.

5. Timescales

The timescales we give are estimates. They depend on government authorities, consulates and courier services, not on us. We keep you informed about each stage and about any delay as soon as we learn of it.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and live in a country of the European Union, the European Economic Area or in the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the date it was concluded without giving any reason. If you live in another country (for example, Switzerland or Serbia), the rules on cancelling the contract provided for by the law of your country apply.

To withdraw, inform us clearly before the period ends — for example, by email to info@apostillebureau.com. You may use the form in section 7, but you do not have to.

What happens after you withdraw. We will refund all payments received without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day you informed us of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge any fees for the refund.

If you asked us to start work before the 14 days are over. Most services need to start straight away to fit in with the authorities’ timescales. So in the offer we will ask whether you want us to start work during the period in which you can still withdraw. If you expressly ask us to do so and then withdraw, you pay for the part of the service performed before you informed us of your withdrawal, including state fees and amounts already paid to third parties for your order.

When there is no right of withdrawal. Once the service has been fully performed, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract if the work began with your prior express consent and you confirmed that you knew you would lose the right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed (point (a) of Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the national laws implementing it; in the United Kingdom, regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
