In brief
Apostille Bureau is a team of document legalisation specialists and translators. Since 2015, our team has been obtaining documents, arranging apostilles and organising translations for use abroad, and we handle clients in European countries entirely remotely. Most of the team are philologists and linguists; each order has one manager who handles it from your first message to delivery.
How we work
- One manager per order. Your manager answers your questions, updates you at every stage and knows the history of your order.
- Price and timescale before we start. We quote the full cost, including fees and delivery (only your bank’s transfer fee is paid separately), and tell you honestly which timescales depend on government authorities.
- We take on complex cases. Lost documents, archives of former Soviet republics, unusual requirements from European authorities — we look for a way to help first, not a reason to say no.
- Translations in the form your country will accept. Sworn translations are done by translators who are entitled to do them in their country: for example, those on the list of sworn translators of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs or in the register of sworn translators in Germany.
