For recognition of qualifications, study and work in Europe, a Russian diploma or school-leaving certificate usually needs an apostille and a translation. Education documents from any Russian region are apostilled in Moscow; this takes from 45 calendar days and costs €95. If the document has been lost or contains an error, we will obtain a duplicate. For Italy, we help with the Dichiarazione di Valore. You do not need to travel: you can send us the original by courier.

Dichiarazione di Valore for Italy
A Dichiarazione di Valore is a statement issued by the Italian consulate about your education document. It is not recognition of the diploma, but Italian universities and employers often ask for it. It requires an apostille on the original and a translation into Italian. Find out more on the Italy page.
Frequently asked questions
Can a copy of a diploma be apostilled?
Yes, a notarised copy — in that case the Ministry of Justice issues the apostille, which is faster. But some procedures require the apostille on the original — for example, the Dichiarazione di Valore in Italy. We will check before you order.
Why does an apostille on a diploma take so long?
The education authority checks with the university or school that the document is genuine. The period of at least 45 calendar days is set by the authority and cannot be shortened.
My diploma was refused an apostille because of an error. What should I do?
You need a duplicate, which is issued by the educational institution. We will obtain the duplicate and apostille it.
